Salvatore and Company stands behind any item we sell. To ensure satisfaction of any purchase we offer the customer 30 days to take the item to a licensed appraiser of their choice. If for any reason the item is not of the quality we stated, the item might be returned for a full refund. If the price paid is stated in writing by the appraiser to be unfair, the buyer may return the item for a full refund. The refund will be in the same form the item was purchased with. The appraiser chosen is at the customers' discretion but must be an independent, non-purchasing or retail agent. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Salvatore and Company and we fully guarantee every item we sell.

We expect the recipient of a piece of jewelry from Salvatore and Company to be absolutely delighted. However, if for some reason an item is not to the recipients liking or specifications, we offer a complete exchange policy. The item may be brought back or returned with the original receipt. The recipient or purchaser may then exchange that item for the full purchase price for another item in stock of equal or lesser value. If the chosen item for exchange is of lesser value a store credit will be issued with no expiration.

Any item purchased from Salvatore and Company is fully upgradeable. All that is required is the original diamond guarantee stating original purchase price. The full amount will be deducted from the new balance of the upgraded item. This is valid for as long as the buyer owns the item.

All items purchased from Salvatore Online are shipped via UPS. They are insured according to purchase price. Shipping and insurance is added to the total order price and mailed within 2-3 business days depending on availability. Time may vary for custom orders. Other forms of shipping maybe requested at the expense of the customer.
